Inviting Friends

There are several ways that you may invite your friends, family, and other crewmates to become a crewmate on the Sailing Resume Blockchain. Earn 5 CRT for your Wallet as a Referral Reward when your friends, family, and other crewmates complete identity verification processing!

From the Home Screen

• Tap the Invite a Friend button in the Invite a Friend section on the Home Screen.
• Enter the email address of the person that you wish to invite to see if they already have a Charter Rode account.
• If they do, simply select your friend in the search results and tap the Add Crewmate button at the bottom-right side of the screen.
• If your friend is not found, enter the first name and last name of your friend in the fields provided.
• Tap the Send Invitation button to send the invitation.
• An email from info@charterrode.com will be sent to your friend inviting them to create a Charter Rode account with an identity voucher code for a complimentary identity verification.
• When your friend completes the new Charter Rode account setup process, they will automatically become a crewmate and you will automatically become a crewmate of theirs.

From the Logbook Entry Screen

• Select Crewmate from the Verification Authority options.
• In the Crewmate field, select Add New Crewmate to access the new crewmate dialog.
• Enter the email address of the person that you wish to invite to see if they already have a Charter Rode account.
• If they do, simply select your friend in the search results and tap the Add Crewmate button at the bottom-right side of the screen.
• If your friend is not found, enter the first name and last name of your friend in the fields provided.
• Tap the Send Invitation button to send the invitation.
• An email from info@charterrode.com will be sent to your friend inviting them to create a Charter Rode account with an identity voucher code for a complimentary identity verification.
• When your friend completes the new Charter Rode account setup process, they will automatically become a crewmate, and you will automatically become a crewmate of theirs. Once your crewmate completes identity verification processing, 5 CRT will also be added to your Charter Rode Wallet as a Referral Reward.
Note: you are not able to utilize the Crewmate Verification for this crewmate until they complete the Charter Rode account setup process and verify their identity with Charter Rode.

From the Crewmates Screen

• Navigate to the Crewmates Screen to see a list of all your crewmates (Logbook->Crewmates).
• Tap the Add Crewmate button to access the new crewmate dialog.
• Enter the email address of the person that you wish to invite to see if they already have a Charter Rode account.
• If they do, simply select your friend in the search results and tap the Add Crewmate button at the bottom-right side of the screen.
• If your friend is not found, enter the first name and last name of your friend in the fields provided.
• Tap the Send Invitation button to send the invitation.
• An email from info@charterrode.com will be sent to your friend inviting them to create a Charter Rode account with an identity voucher code for a complimentary identity verification.
• When your friend completes the new Charter Rode account setup process, they will automatically become a crewmate, and you will automatically become a crewmate of theirs. Once your crewmate completes identity verification processing, 5 CRT will also be added to your Charter Rode Wallet as a Referral Reward.
